He is known for thrashing "Born This Way" and "A Star Is Born," :grr: but he liked "ARTPOP" and "Joanne." :sure: Good for him to include "Million Reasons" in this list.

Y’all still mad he didn’t like BTW? I mean, he’s not wrong. It’s a mess of an album. I understand why as fans you all feel attached to it tho. But yea, nice to see Million Reasons on this list. It is a song I came to appreciate more later on.

It's not about him not liking BTW, he's entitled to his own opinions and there's plenty of Monsters who aren't too fond of BTW either. It's the fact that he didn't even bother to review it properly and made a pretentious, bitter and mocking video on it without an ounce of professionalism or respect even though his job is quite literally being a music critic.

I mean, I just rewatched the review he gave to it and although he didn’t really spoke much (he still did) about the music, seems to me he hated more the album cover more than anything else.

That's a way to put it but even if that's all you gathered from that video, don't you think it's understandable why Gaga's fans would feel insulted about it when he reviews albums for a living and dedicates time and attention to them only to reduce the review of BTW to a half-assed excuse of a video on things that aren't even related to the music itself?

Other credible sites put BTW on their list.

I'm not going to listen to this man speak about it. I've seen his reviews and they're...ew

I don't understand how anyone trashes BTW? There has yet to be an album so full of different instrumentals yet keeps the same "love thyself, others and community" rhetoric.

I know he's talking about songs but he completely trashed the album. The album itself is extremely versatile. Half of the album is stadium rock inspired - you hear it with songs like The Queen, You and I, The Edge of Glory, Americano, Highway Unicorn and the other half is 'dance-pop' sonically. The idea that the album is split into two shares the overall cohesive concept of duality which Gaga develops throughout the entire album. Gaga literally said this, "like my previous work shares sort of this ying and yang of dark and light which is very much my personality in tandem with the album cover, half motorcycle half on the ride and half woman living halfway between reality and fantasy at all times. I'd like to almost describe the album as a fantasy technorock." Duality, people. Not many people understand.

He only likes female pop artist with they are flopping.
He wouldn’t even rate a Katy album until she released Witness

he's got a very ex-rock'n'roll fan. He's got a different approach than younger of us. So it's no wonder he has his own taste and I can understand why. But honestly BTW doesn't deserve to be trashed.

The truth is Gaga is a deep musician, she makes choices, she's has also a strong point of view sonically and she made artistic decisions that were never the easiest. She always called-nged her craft to make it very unique and even Btw and ARTPOP with their lows are not bad albums because they both have that deviant, Gaga ways I'm trying to underline.

hello hello baby.
