If Warren was trying to win this nomination, I honestly believe she just ruined any chance of it she had... nevermind the general election.

This whole debacle is so infuriating. Warren truly has some of the worst political instincts I've ever seen. How did she think it was okay to confront him about this on stage, right after the debate? Hasn't she ever heard of hot mics? It's so obvious she wants to continue dragging this "fight" out and play victim. Pathetic.

Yeah she's done. Good for Bernie.

I wonder if she did this on purpose :duck:

Warren has been the single most disappointing candidate this cycle. It used to be Pete but I think Warren takes the cake with this stunt.

I think it's very possible. The vast majority of politicians are snakes during campaigns...

Even the best well intentioned politicians with good causes etc rarely hold on to good morals of integrity and full honesty 100% of the time when it comes to competing for politics

Here in Canada we had both Federal and Provincial elections not long ago and there's not one candidate or party that managed to be fully honest the entire time. They always exagerated facts or downplayed others or were misleading with information when it suited them no exceptions

That's what I love about Bernie. As much as I don't agree with every single one of his ideas or plans, I have to admire his integrity of character and being genuine because in politics that is extremely rare

Ugh American politics is really a circus show. People have no consistent views throughout the year and would turn against each other as soon as it benefits them. I mean yeah they’re your opponents but have some fcking integrity. Bernie is really the only stalwart candidate with a track record of keeping his words.

I had hope that they would end up running together. CNN needs to move on. This is unimportant and distracting

Is there any country that's an exception to that rule?

In both Portugal where I used to live and now in Canada politicians are also snakes to eachother :madge:

And throughout all of this, Sanders has remained a class act:

Even after all she's done to him. After she refused to endorse him in 2016, after she chose to run against him this cycle knowing he had been planning to run for years, even after she pulled this ugly, desperate stunt, and even after she refused to shake his hand... he still wouldn't resort to hitting back in the press.

I don't see how she comes back from this. Nor how she would ever deserve to.

This makes her look unable to control her emotions because she didn't wait for their mics to come off, and it makes Bernie look like an asshole.

I don't see this. If anything, it looks like Bernie wants to keep this private while Warren is actively choosing to make it all public in some misguided attempt to elevate her own candidacy.
