Some of the gossip bloggers/Nicole Cliffe/etc. theorized that the BRF threw Meghan and Harry under the bus (leaked/created stories for the tabloids) because they wanted to distract the tabloids from reporting more on Prince Andrew. Harry & Meghan are more important than Andrew, BUT they may have been seen as an "acceptable" sacrifice to keep tabs distracted and from digging more into Andrew's past. For example, one of the things that could bring down the BRF is if it found out they paid someone off for Andrew's sake. Harry found out and was like "that's enough of being the scapegoat/shield, it may take down the royal family but my wife and kid aren't going to be a distraction for the press to leave the pedophile alone."  This theory would kind of fit in with Harry going "if you knew what I knew" and the talk about protecting his

Its really strange that some of you really think you’ve figured out Harry’s thought process behind his decisions. This whole “Meghan causes him to leave” scenario is he said she said rumors and it’s awful. Have some class and stop with the “she’s too fake” rhetoric. Who are you to say what’s fake and what’s not? It’s her personality and she is allowed to act how she wants without random people telling her how she SHOULD act. What y’all SHOULD do is put down the magnifying glass and stop playing detective because y’all are truly annoying with these opinions that y’all seem to feel are facts. Leave Meghan alone it’s like a few of y’all can’t go on without having reason to be negative about someone at least 3 times a day. Good on Harry for being a grown man and making his own decisions despite people attacking his wife. It’s strange how people want Harry to be miserable in a lifestyle that his family has. It’s almost like a pastors kid having to be straight and super Christian and stay in church because his family has a representation to hold. Meanwhile he wants to be free, make his own choices and travel/live where he wants with who he wants but the media and world tell him to stay with his family and be miserable. Weird

Sure, but it's not uncommon for people to try and toss a distraction in the way. It happens in Hollywood all the time and it's happened in the royal family in the past (admit to one sh*tty thing/create a fake scandal/etc.) in an attempt to distract from a much worse issue. Plus, libel laws are way different in England and the tabs might have decided it was easier to write a "Harry throws a tantrum" article than risk getting sued into oblivion for reporting on Pedo Andy.

Read up on Andrew...it's so f*cking gross and disturbing. He was hanging out with Epstein multiple times years after he was exposed as a pedo and taken to court and found guilty. That's bad enough, but the clincher is Andrew allegedly was used to lure more victims for Epstein (regardless  of age all were victims, but some were as young as 12-13) and committed statutory rape.

The driver walked away with scrapes, and the later died at the scene. Dianna's boyfriend is Harry and Wills Dad, who is still alive.

That might have worked in a pre-internet era when your only sources of news were TV, radio, and newspaper. It's harder to make stories 'go away' nowadays when you can just go online and look these things up.

@StrawberryBlond  The part in bold is your post that I'm quoting because it was in reply to me. 

Check out the clips of her on the Craig Ferguson show. Flirty, bubbly, vivacious, laughing knowingly at every innuendo (even a really obscure dirty one). So different from the softly spoken delicate flower she was in that engagement interview. It's like two different people. Once you've watched the two personalities back to back, it's clear which one's real and which one's an act. It's like the former stripper who pretends to be a good girl when she meets her boyfriend's parents for the first time so they can accept her. I think playing a conservative role as a royal was too much for a former LA party girl with a fondness for mini-dresses and sexy modelling shoots. Let's make it quite clear - Harry is not the kinda guy a girl like this normally goes for. He's so different to her, why would she even be attracted to him? Harry does nothing for me, looks or personality. What does an LA party girl see in him other than his money and connections?

I'm a similar kind of girl to Meghan so I can empathise with her. It's not that she has two personalities. We all can have an outgoing part of us and a more reserved side. As a female yourself you should be able to be understanding of that. We can all get a bit rowdy at times like if we were invited to a hen do for example but we also know how to sit tidily with our legs together and behave like a lady when the time requires it. 

Harry may not do anything for you but I could see that he was a handsome man before Meghan came along. I liked that he had a personality of his own and had that cheekiness that the tabloids loved. He is a catch. 

I do think she's a social climber and is very good at networking. I think that perhaps in the beginning her intentions were selfish but I now believe that she's fallen for him and that their love is genuine. 

I think it's good to be sceptical but I also think the British public need to cool it with the hate because its looking toxic now. I think they have the right to complain about tax payers money and how they are going to fund their lifestyle but they need to lay off attacking her. She's now the mother of his child and we should respect that Harry is a grown man who can choose his own family. He knows more about her than we do. We're only judging how it looks on the surface, we don't know intimate details about her. 

As already mentioned, the British public parrot whatever is being said by the media and unfortunately if Piers says some trash about Meghan, the British public who live for drama (especially the northerners obsessed with the soaps), all jump on board to drag her. 

She had no chance in winning the hearts of the British public because they've hated her from the start so I don't blame them for wanting to take a step back.
