I think it's decent but it's cheap so it's not gonna be as good as starbucks

Yeah I think they brand different in some countries. I know a woman from Dubai and she says the Tim's there is fancy and expensive AF

 

But here in Canada it's by far our biggest coffee chain. My suburb city has around 30 of them (I counted once cuz I was curious )

 

Its accessible and affordable so it's where a lot of ppl go for coffee. It's not as good as Starbucks, Coffee Culture etc tho. Well off people who like their premium coffee don't go to Tim Hortons here

 

I do find they slightly upped their quality game some time ago when McDonald's started heavily pushing their coffee tho which is just as cheap. It led to some stuff competition to who could serve alright coffee better and cheaper
