Denmark is known as an advocate for human rights and anti-torture within the UN. Its not a different government, its the same government with a different president or political party. There is many branches of government, its just just who the president is. To consider yourself a new government, the whole system needs to change. To consider yourself a new government, your should acknowledge the crimes, war criminals should be held accountable, apologize for the crimes, criminals removed from office, and change the law to prevent this from happening. If you look up "danish government" you would only finds results for the party in charge. And since it's a new party, with different people, it is a different government. And regarding that link; danish soldiers were not directly involved with torture, they just didn't prevent it, which is obviously wrong. That is not on the government, that is on the soldiers. Government is not who the current president is or what political party is in power, government is much much bigger than that. This is something that is strategically done and IMO one of main reasons why Irans territory is important for bigger countries like America, Russia, China......
