IDK how some of you feel about this but I'm actually pretty confident that LG6 will be a success (at least better than Joanne & ARTPOP). Gaga never had a flop era even at her lowest point, both ARTPOP and Joanne are far from being flops and when it comes to singles/songs in the past 3 years, we can only point at Perfect Illusion as being a flop, Million Reasons was a hit, The Cure did well enough without being treated like a regular single then we have Shallow as a huge hit, ARUTW a hit without being a single and also ASIB on itself is a hit soundtrack, her stats looks really good to me. Anyway I'm excited to see what LG6 is gonna bring to us.

I would agree that she's got a good degree of excitement and impatience surrounding her next album, and a lot of critical respect over the past 5 years has done her well.

But nothing's guaranteed, imo.

I know very well that nothing is guaranteed (especially nowadays when someone can go from having big hits to flops fast as f*ck) but judging by her stats and the fact that people are interested in buying her music/interested in her, the odds are in her favor.

As long as the music is actually good and they do some work to actually promote it then i'm pretty sure it will be a success. The GP is actually here for her nowdays and even most people who don't like her music respect her as an artist. She didn't have that status back when ARTPOP was released when almost everyone was tired of her/hated on her or even Joanne. But promo will be key. She will need radio to play her songs and her team to have a good promo plan so people actually know she has released.

Paul McCartney’s ‘Secret Project’ With Lady Gaga Revealed

After shrouding it in secrecy for several months, Paul McCartney and Lady Gaga have shared a few details regarding their recently recorded duet.

Deadline reports that the song is one of "seven or eight" new McCartney recordings slated for inclusion in the soundtrack to High in the Clouds, a 3D animated movie based on his 2005 children's book of the same name. While the report doesn't name any of the songs, it describes the Gaga collaboration as "a rollicking tune" and adds that McCartney will voice one of the characters.

The High in the Clouds movie has been in the works for a couple of years, and has been described by McCartney as a "passion project" that he hopes will translate to "a warm, funny and moving animated film that will resonate with worldwide audiences."

Her music will be really good (that's what I think, she didn't disappoint me with an album untill now) and things has only improved when it comes to promotions since Joanne, I think they managed ASIB pretty good when it was released with the exception of the fact that it didn't had more singles which could be because of many reasons like for ex Gaga wanting to be known for her acting only in that movie. If they manage to do better when it comes to radio promotions with LG6 then it would be really great.

Fame Romance

Was just listening to Grammy-winning masterpiece Joanne (Piano Version) and OMG she did THAT with nothing more than TALENT :nooo:

Hope TALENT keeps winning this year and we can snatch our 4th Grammy-winning song with INLA (imagine if ARUTW pulls a Joanne and gets SOTY :nooo:)

If Gaga releases around Valentines day, hopefully The Box will peak by then and its points will be dropping slowly.

I think Gaga could snatch 300 points, especially if they release physical singles like everybody is doing right now.

Doncho

I think some of you need to lower your expectations. ASIB and Shallow did amazing, yes. But lets not forget the last time a Gaga single DEBUTED top 10 was in 2013. And now yall want a #1 debut :laughga: It could happen, but...
