They did so via therapy, widespread community talking, researching etc. Re-read what I'm saying. They knew exactly what was going on but had no outlets or means to HEAL and talk stuff out. To UNDERSTAND. TO RELATE. And no, I have healthy discussions with other people who understand the sheer IMPACT policing does in our communities. Definitely not with privileged people who never had to appease with the police, nor were in endangered by them. Privilege reeks and I smell it all over this forum post.
