Katy was very popular for a good years (which is longer than most pop stars) and had many big iconic hits. She's not going to be a forgotten artist and she has made her mark in music

The dark hair is a wig. Katy is naturally blonde.

It's either she's invited but won't attend, or invited and will attend. There is no way she won't be invited considering the moments Katy praised Gaga and had multiple interactions of praise with each other.

I really know it sounds weird and I'm not meaning to sound sexist or anything. But for some damn reason her having black hair makes her extremely likeable to me again.

Katy Perry is very celeb friendly.. Gaga doesn't do hardly any networking in Hollywood unless she's literally nominated for oscars but Katy does, hence why she's marrying Orlando Bloom. Unless they are choosing to have a small family wedding, there will be a lot of big celebs at her wedding no doubt. Rihanna included. Maybe Beyonce. 

It will be interesting to see if Gaga will go if invited. She rarely socialises outside of her team though. She might not be up for it but instead send best wishes and a nice gift.
