I didn’t get the vibe at all from him. He was very courteous, and tapped on peoples shoulders when their time was up. Gaga is a superstar and she needs a sercurity guard who is serious. I was so hoping you would have the most amazing time and was already sad to hear what a let down the meet and greet was for you! Hopefully it’s all resolved as it should be! I’d hate to see you have to make whatever happened public. Also I’m regards to Kim, im wondering if she’s not contractually allowed to say what her role is. She might have been doing all she could and at least she listened to you and didn’t just brush you off! Knowing she’s literally Gaga’s right hand woman, hopefully it gets addressed. You could try and contact Bobby on twitter—slide into his DMs, or directly tweet him. If you are that bothered, you could take out an IMDB pro subscription—the site often has direct contact info for certain members of a star's team. I'd be careful how you'd address it—be blunt but courteous, like "I had a serious issue with her security team at NOMAD when I did nothing wrong; I tried to address it with x and y at NOMAD." Just the facts, basically—I wouldn't start off by mentioning you are a fan, or that Gaga or Bobby might need to manage her security team better, the M & G, or that you cried and a HAUS member wouldn't give them her name. I'm glad your M&G experience was great – I remember reading about it. I agree she needs serious security to protect her, especially because she has some overzealous fans. I'll only say that I'm not the only one who felt this way at my Enigma M&G, and that the concierge at the Nomad said that numerous people have complained about her security and that he (the concierge) believes there have to be some changes implemented based on the stories he's heard (he wouldn't give me specifics). My sister did hear later from Sydney (her trainer) that our particular M&G was very rushed for some reason, so maybe the guards were extra abrasive because they knew they had to get people through quickly? To be fair, I bet the Haus gets tired of being approached by fans during their downtime, and since I didn't recognize her, she probably figured this was an opportunity to enjoy being incognito, which I understand. Yes, maybe Kim has contractual reasons for not being allowed to reveal her role, or maybe she just wanted her privacy. At least she listened to me, though I didn't give her much of a choice. Actually, Peter has nothing to do with this that I know of. I don't have Twitter or Instagram. Kim took down my contact info, which might've just been an empty gesture, but we'll see. My sister plans on writing to Sydney (LG's trainer), since Sydney really likes her and was moved by her story. But yes, I'm well aware of the need to only write the facts if I contact someone.
