Lil Nas X is cool but musically he only has 7 songs and also brings nice but renewed and fusioned music. It's tough between Rosalía and Billie. Rosalia brings a lot of new things to the table. Versatility in voice and in that aspect better than Billie. But Billie brings her monotone but new style of singing and is really interesting. Not only that but her emotions in the lyrics are better than Rosalia (even if Rosalia is quite there too).
