Like I said it's still good. And honestly it could probably be a single and especially her younger audience would eat it up! It just seems a bit immature as I'm listening to it. gagalovesme 2 Posted October 28, 2013 Share Posted October 28, 2013 the curse of blondie- blondie 8/10 don't get me wrong, this is a great album but definitely their weakest. most of the songs carry that good, old fashion rock 'n roll blondie vibe but there's just a few weak tracks that really should never have been made such as 'magic', i just cringe listening to it! it's not as good as their comeback album 'no exit' but it's not that bad. debbie harry's voice is still amazing and she can still rock like a young un! there's still some stand-out tracks on there,my faves are good boys, undone, golden rod, rules for living & last one in the world. We Exist - 8/10 Flash Bulb Eyes - 7.5/10 Here Comes The Night Time - 9/10 - The bridge is just to die for. Normal Person - 8/10 You Already Know - 8/10 Joan Of Arc 10/10 My favourite song easily. It has the same drum stem as I Kissed A Girl which is really jarring on first listen but it is such a grower. 8.5/10 Volume 2: Here Comes The Night Time II - 7.5/10 - It's okay as a reprise but it has nothing on the first iteration Awful Sound (Oh Eurydice) - 7.5/10 It's Never Over (Oh Orpheus) 8/10 - The better of the Eurydice & Orpheus partner songs P0rno 9.5/10 - PERFECTION Afterlife 8.5/10 Supersymmetry - 8/10 - The song file is 11 minutes long but the actual song part ends at 5:35 and is then followed by 6 minutes of noises that sound like a jammed printer and in the end I cut that out but it's still a nice song. Apparently you're meant to play this song forwards and backwards at the same time but that's such a hassle, I don't see why they didn't just do that with the song in production if that's how they meant it. 7.5/10 Pretty solid double-album to hold me over until ARTPOP... I never thought she could top BTW & TFM but she just did! Every song makes me heart skip a beat. Gaga's voice, the production, the lyrics just EVERYTHING is flawless. I'm also in love with Fashion! & Dope, I don't get why so many monsters hate them tbh. The only song I can't stand is Jewels n' Drugs- Gaga's parts are fabulous but the rappers do my head in My top 5 songs are: Venus, Gypsy, Aura, Donatella & Swine (that'll probably change because they're just all so good, i can't decide!)
