I did water fasting for about three weeks. I dropped a lot of weight, however I couldnt stay committed because binge eating disorder is a bi*ch. 

I went to a weight loss specialist and was diagnosed with BED, which made it hard for me to stay on track. I'm now on a 40mg pill, which keeps the cravings dead until around 11pm-ish. I'll be honest and say that yeah, im not exactly the healthiest eater ever, but I have found that you can still eat the carby foods, drink your favorite soda here and there, snack on your favorite snacks, all without gaining weight. You just have to eat in moderation / small quantities and exercise regularly.  I also found that drinking lots of water with about two to four tablespoons of unsweetened lemon juice concentrate helps with the bloating caused by sugary drinks, but measure it so that the acidity doesnt make you sick. 

I highly recommend that you treat any eating disorder BEFORE you diet, fast, etc.  

So, in conclusion, go for your favorite drinks and food, just dont go overboard with it.

Oh wow she looks great.

I've done this also but not dramatically like that, I've only lasted 2-3 days max. 

It can be dangerous however I consulted my doctor and she actually encourages me to do this regularly as due to my chronic conditions and body size, it's not as dangerous for me to do this regularly for 1-2 days.

A whole month though? Nah like I am happy with who I am as long as I get to also have delicious food :huntyga:

There’s some research that shows fasting, done in the right way, might be healthy and beneficial.

Back in our species history It would’ve been quit common for humans to go through periods with little to no food.

I know that some cultures do it for religious reasons and that is fine etc, but she said she did it for a month... I wonder what she means by that?

You’re misunderstanding what fasting is. Fasting is actually healthy for you because it puts your body into ketosis. It’s not at all an “eating disorder” so maybe next time before making a comment like this you open a tab & google it?

The picture was taken from a very advantageous perspective, when you look at pics taken from other people from yesterday you see that she looks healthy and not too skinny

I heard about water fasting before and it was only for one or two consecutive days every month, not a whole month. What I heard is that it helps you cleanse your body to do it regularly like I said, and it's definitely not recommended for people trying to lost weight.
