This was a Constitutional violation since no one can be jailed before the defense uses all the mechanisms to prove someone's innocence. Yesterday, the Supreme Court, declared the imprisonment inconstitutional and minutes ago his freedom was signed. Lula left the office with a record-breaking 87% approval. He was found guilty for corruption with no proof against his person. A mechanism to take him off the presidential race leading to Bolsonaro winning last year. Again, no real proof against his person and recent leaks shows how the extreme right orchestrated the coup and false proof against Lula.
