While I've seen this used in an ageist way, I don't think this is a proper example of ageism. This is used for people with a certain mentality, not necessarily people who are of a certain age. I think this is just straight, white men wanting to feel opressed. If you look at actual ageism is actually has a lot more to do with sexism, and affects women much more than men.
