I would hope for everyone’s sake that she was planning on telling people before they ate a tainted lollipop! I mean that’s a full on crime right there! But I also doubt anyone would be able to contract it from that! Thank god! I will however say, that as a kid, if one kid in the neighborhood had the pox, all the moms would bring their kid over to play. They wanted us to get it at a young age since it’s so much worse the older you get. I don’t know if we were vaccinated for it, but we got all our other vaccines! It's certainly shorter than other viruses, but it can happen, which is why precaution is taken when working with them. So while it is unlikely that she would've been successful in transmitting the virus to the kids, it's still incredibly dangerous she deserves legal action.
