I remember watching a video on her doctors insta page where he talks about playing around with a lot of different filler looks to achieve the right look for the countess! Kinda crazy that she went to that extent for a role!  Whatever she did, it was damn good!!!

Idk if it was fake tho, but I also remember the way she breath between lines and her stif laugh were a bit funny/awkward during some of those interviews. Maybe thats what you meant?
