Zander 14,944
I’ve been vegetarian since I was 10 and only a few times did I go back and eat meals that had meat (more so when I was a competitive swimmer). Now I have no desire to eat it all, can’t stand the taste and when I did eat it I felt gross.

I stopped eating meat for a month or so, and when I got back to school I needed to eat meat at least twice a week for that reason. If I ate vegetarian at school (vegan is imposible), id only eat carbs and fat most of the time Whereas in India, being vegeterian is really easy. We just got so used to eating meat everyday, knowing we dont need it. depends on the country tho from my own experience I have seen its a million times in spain than in germany, even tho one would say its the opposite But I agree that it depends on the country. @ the school things, same in the cantine of the uni lmao they boast about having a vegetarian option, and there are a lot of days where it is like pasta and I'm like ?????????????????????????? Epione 10,896
I wish I could stop eating dead animal corpses but it is really hard to get enough energy from vegetarian food for me.
monsterboy98 556
if you're doing it for health, i'm sure you may regress. the horrific abuse, pain and misery that these beautiful animals are put through in humanity's farms, slaughterhouses and testing labs is pure evil. and it's all to fill human guts, or put makeup on. if you make the animals the focus, you can radically pursue the goal of helping the planet. 84% obviously haven't watched slaughterhouse videos of cows. and if they have, then they haven't enough. Same sis, I could never go back to eating meat due to: - environmental impact - animal proteins are proven to cause inflammation and cancer - meat companies are in bed with the government and it's corrupt AF I've only been vegan for about 1.5 years but I truly believe a deciding factor if you will stay vegan/vegetarian or not is your reasoning behind doing it in the first place. #TheGameChangersOnNetflixToday 💚🌱

Knife 7,081
I don't think I can fully go vegetarian or vegan, but I have in recent times increased the amount of meat-less meals I eat on a regular basis. It's expanded my tastes a little, and I'm probably a little better off nutritionally.
Guest
I think thats because of the limited options within restaurants for vegetarians/vegans but luckily more places are introducing more options. Subway/Burger King etc...
