Her ballad are the best, but imo By The Grace Of God will always be her best ballad, followed by Thinking Of You and Unconditionally! NRO and 365 were actually sooo good and they were praised by everyone even if not successful, small talk is the only little disappointment (lol at the words play here) and Witness was just her first step in the alternative/experimental way.
