If the security team did in fact screw things up, then that definitely sucks, but still.

There were 500 ppl there. She didn't notice until she noticed ( when that red shirt was way ahead of her). She did her part. She had a ticket and waited where she was supposed to. She had faith that they would honor their part and they failed her. ESPECIALLY if they know they were letting none ticket holders in. Which obviously bloats whatever time limit/schedule was established, ON TOP OF the late start. They shoulda been telling ppl to keep it cute all night in the first place or be consistent. If your gonna let non-tickets jump (for whatever reason) than be damn sure it's not a ticketholder that gets screwed. They were prioritized for a reason. Staff messed up, not her.

I told her I have faith this will reach Gaga or HL and be rectified. If it's as clear as she says.
