I think Gaga just sent RedOne vocals and he played around with them because even in the “final” version the mastering isn’t great and Gaga’s part could do with more vocal takes to replace the chosen ones because you can hear her clicking along to the track (but unlike in Bad Romance it’s not masked by the beat) and you can hear when in the take she has to take a breath because she runs out.
