HausOfHarlow 383 Posted September 1, 2019 Share Posted September 1, 2019 I drive 3.5 hours to go see Miley Cyrus on Bangerz tour and we found out about the cancellation when we were eating dinner, half a mile form the venue, at 7PM, when the doors opened at 6PM, and people were in their seats. She refunded the whole venue. Then a few months later, casually renounced the venue/date, but I couldn't go because I moved. Gaga cancelled BTWB bc #hip and I had spent $80 on a faux leather studded jacket, and studded belt, and a denim shirt and MAKEUP and literally self taught myself how to do the Judas eyeliner and it's truly the only time I have ever intended to dress up for a concert. AND all of these purchases were at a Forever 21, which does not refund money, only store credits, and I literally never shop there. Ariana cancelled her Sweetener Tour date as I was driving to the venue. Was 1.25hr into my 1.5 hr drive, but she rescheduled for another date 6 months later. Got a refund because I just recently moved states. As for comments about Madonna's tardiness - I had the literal flu and went anyway bc on the MDNA Tour, I won the Golden Triangle / pit tickets through her manager on Twitter and it was standing room only and with my flu-self (ya know, like achy joints and back and such), I got to the pit at 5:45PM (doors opened at 6PM) and she didn't come on until 9:45PM, the show finished right around midnight, then I had to drive 3hrs home - WITH THE FLU.
