Regina George 59,387
I'm against this but I want to see what other people think. Why? Because I'm not here for children performing for adults and getting tips for it.
Akiki 3,900
Well... I would say no to it cause I don't like this trend to make kids into musicians, actors, entrepreneurs or wtv. But hey, it's a different generation. Some kids are rich by twelve. Who knows! Rupaul Drag Kids seems a Winner to me
Jose P 23,341
I support kids doing drag but totally don’t support kids performing and working as drag queens. They could just dress up and work on their look and wait until they’re old enough to perform. Cause I mean, drag queens work on clubs for god’s sake, and the scene is pretty sexual and tongue-in-cheek for the most part.
petty 9,412
Kids performing drag in a night club is wrong for many reasons but there’s absolutely nothing wrong with a child doing drag.
shame 25,360
It’s disturbing. Let kids be kids. Dislike these parents basically pimping out their children. It’s fine they have a passion for makeup, fashion and performance but it’s gotten to the point where these kids are literally objectifying their own bodies for the entertainment of grown ass men in nightclubs meant for 21+. If you want them to follow their dreams, you let them do so in a way that will not have them fill in shoes that are too big for them. How people can justify this is beyond me... angels forever, forever angels
DELETETHIS745638 2,101
it depends on if the kid genuinely wants to do it or if the parents are forcing it. let kids be kids. that’s way too young to be put in that kind of environment
ice bear 1
if it's their choice, it's a form of art, but, also mostly performed by adults so i wouldn't let my kid in this "ambient"... to emphasize my point: not because they're drags, because it's an ambient of predominantly adult strangers ice heard one side from above
REALITY 76,656
I'm 110% for them being experimental and finding an artistic passion for makeup, outfits, fashion, etc. I'm not for them full on performing and sexualizing themselves in front of people, though. Drag, as an art form is completely fine with me, but I wouldn't feel comfortable if a child was on stage sexualizing themselves in front of other people. Guest
Children performing at clubs for adults no, but there are many ways drag children can do it
Zander 14,910
As others have said I'm completely for kids dressing up and expressing themselves through drag if they want to but I'm not here for them performing in a setting that's meant for adults, it's inappropriate. I'm sure some of these kids want to perform like Drag Queens do in bars/clubs but if there not old enough to get in then they shouldn't be there. It's down to the parents to teach their kids that. River 116,920
Just let other people do what they want, it's hurting nobody so who cares, it's better than being hungry on the street or living with an abusive parents.. JusKeepBreathin 19,311
Let them do whatever they want that is fun. I remember doing things as a kid that I would never do now.
