“The Cure” has some kind of relation to Ally/ ASIB

So, i’ve been thinking about this for a while now. When The Cure dropped, it didn’t sound anything like Joanne, it was definitely more pop for gaga in her current era, and didn’t really sound like any past gaga songs i know. It sounded like a mainstream pop song you would hear on the radio (it’s amazing but the beat and everything sounds more like a generic pop track, it’s not bad though)

This was also the first time we saw gaga with brown hair in a while i’m pretty sure?

Anyways, the track to me sounds very generic ally-esq pop like, and the brown hair for the cover etc.. also the fact that it dropped as a stand-alone single and there wasn’t any other promo for it other than it being performed at coachella and like ama’s, no video. It seems to me like gaga could have wrote this track with Ally/ASIB in mind or to be in the movie even.

what do u gays think..

Yes. She was well into ASIB writing mode at this time. The co writers are all over the soundtrack. And ASIB was as stated already in production.

I feel like if this and/or Diggin My Grave were in the movie it would be left very different feelings about the ending. Wise choice in leaving them out.
