zerojk 4,987 Posted August 26, 2019 Share Posted August 26, 2019 It was 2011, Gaga and her team had been hyping this song excessively, almost everyone had heard/read "Born this way" somewhere even before the song or the album came out.. The premiere day for the single finally arrived, and it was going to be first ever heard on a radio station in the US at 3am, I remember setting my alarm 15 minutes before and tuning in to the station on my laptop, at that time I was not a member in GGD yet but I remember visiting the site to see everyone's reactions, then suddenly the normal radio transmission stopped, and a silent remix with some Gaga hits and a heartbeat started, I can still remember feeling chills on my body and barely holding my excitement, we were finally going to hear the highly anticipated song! for the first time, I wanted to share this to all those new monsters that maybe couldn't live this moment but I still remember it as one of the most exciting moments as a Gaga fan. So I remember that day I cheked on her site and the song started playing and I was so happy I screamed to my father to come immediately and I refreshed the page and we shared that moment togheter as we imagined how a live performance would be with colours, lights and confetti!
