(I can’t paste tweets anymore idk why 😤)

But twitter user @jvermisch just tweeted that his video got copyright claimed... for Out Of Control.

But OOC is an unreleased song.... and I’ve never heard of unreleased songs getting strikes before (bc you can use long popular music in YouTube videos to gain money)

What does this mean??

I don’t wanna say official release coming soon but why else would they care?

EDIT: He also said it’s been up for 5 years so this is random

It actually can be somewhat common for unreleased songs to get copyrighted. However, OOC, a song that has remained unreleased and out for awhile getting copyright struck is a bit weird...

whore

Didn’t I read a thread recently that said her new team is being more strict with unreleased songs in an attempt to dissuade people from leaking/sharing them?

Well... most of her songs are copyrighted once they’re registered regardless of them being released or unreleased. Most of her unreleased songs are registered except for the newest ones she’s working on so I’m guessing this was just a random incident?

"TBD is an abbreviation often meaning in ordinary writing "to be discussed" "to be done", "to be defined", "to be decided", "to be determined", "to be deleted", “to be denounced”, etc." :gum:

Means YouTube doesn't have the data because the song doesn't appear in any album, thus they put TBD. In case it doesn't mean that, it surely means "To Be Deleted" as we all know Gaga likes to delete things out of existence.

radioactive

it can be likely that she’s doing SOMETHING with her unreleased songs... remember when people said Reloaded was being played before Enigma at park theatre

Illuminati

For all we know they could be taking down videos because the song was sold to another artist like Nothing On. Or her team is just preparing to efficiently take down future leaks of other songs.

Be reasonable people, it's not coming out lol. They also had those two snippets of other songs leaked recently that might have caused them to look further into taking down leaks.
