People think she sounds like Miley on Million Reasons & part’s of DIC. I never truly thought she sounded like Miley until the Joanne Era came with Million Reasons. She does tend to be a tone chameleon and can switch up her voice a lot. Paparazzi, Bad Romance, You & I & Applause all sound nothing like Miley and are some of her biggest hits. They may not be all recognized as Gaga’s voice but they are uniquely hers. But with Million Reasons people tend to think Gaga sounds like Miley. Thoughts? Get Applause & G.U.Y to 1B views! I personally think Miley's voice is a little harsher and brassier (it's not a bad thing) than Gaga's. I don't think they sound similar (Miley is more brassy and nasal), but presently there aren't that many big names that are altos so if one didn't listen to their music regularly I can see how they would confuse the two.
