MTV's YouTube is so poorly managed. They consistently take down and re-upload the iconic performances to make up for the lackluster performances of the past five years. They're always reuploading the "I'm A Slave 4 U" performance, this "Paparazzi" performance, and some of Madonna's older ones. They're just pandering for views at this point

This is such one of the most iconic performances ever. I'm so obsessed with this, I truly re-watch it almost once a week since 2009.

I think Gaga’s. We’re supposed to be watching a pop star on top of the world falling, and i think it was a stylistic choice. Which is why Gaga starts to sing out of tune when she’s bleeding so you can hear the autotune trying to “save” this dying pop stars performance

I don't think so, the autotune wasn't live and she has other performances with autotune too like the Bad Romance/Speechless AMA performance

Idk what you mean it wasn’t live but throughout The Fame she really used autotune for different kind of affects and she was open about it

what I mean is the autotune wasn't used while she gave this performance, it was added afterwards just like the AMA performance. This is usually if not always the award show producer's call on if autotune will be used in the edit, I don't think Gaga had any say.
