Yeah, it looks like the GUY film when she disrupts the office building, and also in the FAME uncut commercial when she starts shooting through the reflection.

I think the wigs during ARTPOP were intentionally blotched, it was sort of to show that it's all a performance, that the audience still can't see the real her cuz it's hidden as she recites in verse 4:02 my ARTPOP could mean anything.
