She didn't lol that's just how social media works when you have high exposure, I have an account on twitter with like 23.000 followers and I never bought any fake followers but guess what, I still have a couple of them and end up with people with 0 followers following me for some unknown reason...

Quite often 'fake' just means inactive accounts. Instagram counts an account as a bot or something if the log-ins are really low. I'd like to see their definition of fake, especially since ~50% is an oddly high percentage
