They both have different sounds, concepts, themes, messages & lyrical contents. And their flaws are there too though. I love how interesting, wacky, creative ARTPOP is but dislike the dated sound and some cheesy lyrics. I love the personal concept of Joanne and the fresh sound but dislike half of the production because I find it kinda boring. They’re in different realms y’all Get Applause & G.U.Y to 1B views!
