Awful John Cornyn is up for re-election in 2020. MAYBE Beto could get more support than in 2018 and beat him. Beyond that simple sentence, it won't convince anyone of anything. This is one of my main critiques of the Dems. White conservatives don't care. So make them. Ted Cruz is the one who really altered his first name. Many people believe he stopped using his real first name of Rafael to distance himself from his Hispanic heritage.
