1) Immediate reach to the godwin point is the level zero of political commentary.

2) The only thing that was "shutdown" is a mockery of the usual pride that actually has a purpose... Cause I don't think showing the world you're straight and that some will have to accept that come from a genuine place. 

3) Not falling for a bunch of folks mocking a sincere fight against discrimination is not being PC it's not giving time to trolls with low intentions.

I agree that the constant nazi comparisons are getting annoying ( from every political side btw) but it's not fascism to tell folks who just want to disrespect prides they can go make their own fundraising with their own site instead of using theirs to mock the "original" prides.

"Triggered" with a reason. It's obvious that pride was done to help LGBT see they were not alone, show to the world they were part of society and to help them accept themselves. Making an equivalent for straight folks when they don't face these specific problems that basically spawned prides is nothing but a mockery exercice.

It's like making a "white is beautiful movement" based after the "black is beautiful" one to send the message to western societies that being white is okay and not something ugly. Every medias already send you this message so you can't do it seriously. It has to be poking fun at the actual serious movement based on a serious fight against vile sh*ts.
