Having to check up on friends or family in situations like this is NOT normal yet I’ve found myself doing it twice this year alone and multiple times throughout the past several years. Action needs to be taken. I know shootings won’t disappear over night because of the sheer amount of guns there are in this country but we need to start somewhere. He also posted a photo of a Smokey Bear sign warning about fire danger with a caption instructing people to read the novel “Might Is Right” by Ragnar Redbeard, authorities said. The book, published in 1890, includes principles related to Social Darwinism and is described as including misogynistic and racist ideas. Legan, 19, was identified by a law enforcement source as the shooter who killed three and injured 12 Sunday at the Gilroy Garlic Festival. He heard someone shout: “Why are you doing this?” and the reply: “Because I’m really angry.” Authorities said the AK-47-style gun Legan used in the attack was purchased legally in Nevada on July 9. Records show he at one point lived in Nevada.
