Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have put some rules against their new neighbors  , one of those rules are :

-Never speak to them

-Never touch their pets

-Never ask about the child

Because the "neighbours" are actually them reporters entering with no permission in their home to talk to them, touch their pets and ask about the child.

IDK of this legit.

But, Prince Harry, is one of those person who understood how bad and harmful it is growing up under the attention of the world. And how his late mother, Princess Diana, wanted him and Prince William to grow up as normal kids as possible, even if that means breaking lots of protocols.

I am not at all surprised if they actually take this extreme measures. Even Adele and more celebs does exactly that to make sure their children is far from Paparazzi.

In addition what @The Enigmatic said my tabloid also said that there are also these rules:

- Say ”Good morning” or another politeness if they speak to you

- Don’t offer your help with walking their dogs

- Don’t ask to see Archie or offer help with babysitting

- Don’t send anything through the Frogmore Cottage mail slot

And one of their neighbours commented that they have never gotten these kind of rules even from the queen and she (queen) was very happy if people greeted her. 

One (expert on royalty or something) said that the rules are probably made on behalf of them. And it feels that the officers are guessing what Harry and Meghan would want the rules to be.

Its widely been speculated by staff that this woman is a nightmare. That's why there's been such a high staff turnover even though they've only been married a year. They've lost two PAs, a bodyguard, someone else I can't quite remember and Archie's on his third nanny already. That all points to the employers being difficult to work for. Being employed in the royal household is an amazing thing to put on your resume and you're set for any kind of job after that, it's wellpaid, it's the chance of a lifetime. So why have so many quit? The only other time there was a high staff turnover was in the Charles and Diana marriage, so make of that what you will. Something tells me this is hardly Harry's doing who was very different before he married, it's that of his very demanding wife who has expensive taste and has let this duchess title go completely to her head. You do realise she spends the most on clothes out of all the royals in Europe? She's only married to the sixth in line and will never rule, yet she is spending more on clothes annually then Kate Middleton, wife of the future king as well as European crown princesses and queens. Someone like that is highly likely to see their staff as beneath them, so this news doesn't surprise me.
