I'M DONE WITH YOU ALL, FIRST WAS "iS tHe fAmE mONStER a MesS??" AND NOW YOUR DISRESPECTING ONE OF THE BEST SONGS OF THE ALBUM. Are you guys talking seriously or just wanting attention? :saladga: I know I'm supposed to respect all different opinions but... there's something called common sense some of you don't have

Whenever I listen to the album in full it's so lit, I learned to love every song except for Brown Eyes. Such a turnoff when it starts playing after the masterpiece Paper Gangsta. Does anyone else agree? Can we somehow DWUW'd it and delete it from the album?

Imagine if she put Glitter and Grease instead of it

Brown eyes is such a beautiful song, those lyrics, you can tell it's coming from the heart, love the performance she did at Jonathan Ross, if anything she should bring it back, rather than singing the same stuff over and over again.

I'm so glad to see this performance referenced. It's one of my all time favorite Gaga performances.

More recently, specifically during the Million Reasons Million Performances Era, there have been a lot of newer fans saying things like, "she's performing a country ballad, what do you expect her to do?" They forgot the amount of innovation she used to cram into the performance of a humble ballad.

She took a little mid-tempo 70's ballad, and turned it into something otherworldly. After a strange introduction where she stands motionless while a living dress dances around her, she teeters over to the piano, wearing massive diamond heels, like a gay Clydesdale. She sprouts fairy wings, has a killer piano solo, impovs lyrics and vocal runs.

I'd honestly take this performance over her Superbowl performance any day.

I think you have that backwards. PG is one of the worst on that album and Brown Eyes is one of the songs showcasing who Gaga really is.

I feel that way about Summerboy, not Brown Eyes. The Fame is a great album from start to finish but Summerboy somehow sounds like early Gaga stuff that doesn't really fit in there. Brown Eyes on the other hand is like Dope, that vulnerable moment where you realize it's not always about the party.

Agree. It's the worst song on The Fame by far. I love every track on that album (even Retro dance freak and Again Again) but I can't listen to Brown Eyes

Not you dragging Brown Eyes when Eh Eh is literally there with no connection to the theme at all :selena:

I'm the bitch that's fragile
