I've been waiting for it for a long time. From what we know, with the few songs she wrote by herself (Speechless, Yoü and I, Just Another Day), I think I would love her music ! She seems to dive in pop-rock ballads with some jazz influences and which remind me of 60s/70s rock music and I love that.

Her co-writers are most often the producers of the song. I don't think they contribute that much  Don't act like she is using writing camps like Beyoncé and Rihanna.

And yes an album fully written by her would be nice.

i'd be here for her to do a  100% self produced, self written album in the vein of kate bush's hounds of love or the dreaming....something wacky and wonderful and full of creative nuances and taking inspiration from  ....i'd love her to try writing like Kate and other similar artists as well as she writes about things she imagines and about stories and history not just her personal life..... i think thats why i love songs like judas and bloody mary so much...because they are from a perspective of another character yet  she uses the stories as metaphors that do link back to herself

well if gaga wrote the edge of glory (piano version) alone, she can do a whole album. i think most of songwriting credits are mostly music not lyrics.

Nah, not really. I think it sounds better on paper than it does in practice. What’s the point? I’d rather she produce an entire album by herself instead. And let it be electronic, as always

I've been listening to Christine and The Queens lately, and knowing that both of their albums are majority self-produced is super cool. Considering Gaga is a co-producer on almost all of her songs (with her being known to take main helm for a good chunk of them, at least with BTW), I'd like to see her try that, too.
