She got it from Laganja, who got it from Laura Bell Bundy. As far as drag queens from the 1980s using it- I’m not sure. I’m pretty old and have not heard in person or seen a clip from the 80s of 90s if people in the ball scene using it. Though- a lot of popular phrases are taken from that era for sure. 

Anyway, just give it to Laura(shocantelle) who made it popular for the gay millennials and be done with it. Cardi is creative enough to come up with her own thing I’m sure.

It's been used in the queer ball culture in NYC in the 80s and 90s. That's the origin.

Actually no it wasn't. Granted queer ball culture has come up with a lot of gay lingo that is widely used today. Okrrrrr, is not apart of that.
