No.She immediately needs a hit.If the flop narratives comes up on her,it's over

Yeah and Lover is exactly that. It is doing beyond amazing on Spotify and doing good on itunes. It has the potential to be her own mini "Perfect" as @neptugne said. Plus ballads are known to carry and sell albums. Pop smashes tend to just do well as singles but dont do too much for an actual album where as ballads push album sales ex: Million Reasons & Shallow.

Released on Friday (Aug. 23), Lover’s sales approached 500,000 through its second day of release on Saturday. In turn, Lover has now passed the year-to-date sales of what was 2019’s top-seller, Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s A Star Is Born soundtrack (444,000 sold through the week ending Aug. 22). Star was released in on Oct. 5, 2018, and has sold 1.148 million in total in the U.S.

Decade-end albums - 13 weeks left for the chart:

42 The Fame: 3.09m
67 Born This Way: 2.24m
73 A Star Is Born: 2.12m
142 The Fame Monster: 1.42m

ASIB will likely end the decade just above BTW.

from oldbloke @ ukmix: The first 262 charts were based on pure sales, with the final chart dated December 6, 2014.
The subsequent 247 charts were based on sales + track equivalent albums (TEA) + streaming equivalent albums (SEA), known as SPS (sales plus streaming).

It's already the biggest album of all time for Billboard, so yes.
