Act II was supposed to be the experimental side of ARTPOP, I doubt that Brooklyn Nights would have been a part of it.

This really depends heavily on what you consider ACT: II to even be - Most people don't even take into consideration the album was originally devised as two EPs with a commercial and experimental portion. The term has been kind of thrown around and Gaga was never going to release it because it would contradict the ART fueling POP culture angle she was trying to achieve. It would be incredibly awkward saying 'I'm not releasing ARTPOP act ii lul' so she just continued the fantasy, rambling on Twitter about how she couldn't wait to play both acts, morphing it into a 'its like mOrE songs get excited guise !!!!'.

But as we all know, this concept of an 'ART' portion and a 'POP' portion fell apart - for there are moderately experimental tracks on the ARTPOP, yet heavily EDM-sounding tracks as well. ARTPOP: Act II at least in modern day is just used as an umbrella term for 'unreleased' tracks on ARTPOP, I suppose.

I think the most depressing thing about ARTPOP: Act II is how confident she was in the project. She was so enthralled by this ARTPOP concept, ARTPOP this, ARTPOP that, Andy Warhol this, Andy Warhol that. Just telling 2012 Gaga, 'Hey, your two eps  will never come into fruition'/'Hey, you'll drop the concept and nothing will really occur with the app'. We all know she had the foundation for the project around May 2012, while she the happy, unbothered, manic Disney High Princess, then scheisse hit the fan.

I think the most depressing thing about ARTPOP: ACT II is that it's been almost 7 years since the main album came out and YouTube was spammed with tons of fanmade tracks, obviously fake and ugly wannabe Gaga vocals, cheap EDM chunks of beats that made no sense and some of you guys still think they are official 😂 sorry but this triggers me in a devilish way

She has never owned the concept of ARTPOP, technically. It is universal and people can add onto the project; ergo, it is invalid to insult the 'fanmade tracks' because in ARTPOP, everyone could potentially be an artist.

Everyone could belong together  almost 7 years :trollga: later and another revelation. ARTPOP keeps on giving

on topic, going through this thread made me feel funny because I could’ve sworn we had more than just Brooklyn Nights, PARTYNAUSEOUS trap version, Ratchet instrumental and Red Flame (not counting snippets)

maybe it’s all the demos we have? Or maybe all the confirmed titles from Gaga herself? Do Cake and Stache count?

No, ARTPOP is an album by Lady Gaga and those tracks are still not official

:triggered: Everyone owns ARTPOP. It is a global philosophy and Gaga had just articulated it.
