Again, why are you calling out the most ridiculous things? BTW, this is called freedom. It's what happens when you run a free country and where you can do whatever you want. But I don't see y'all complaining about white supremacy or the banning of trans people... No it's some LA travel ban on a State threatening the lives of everyday citizens WHO DON'T EVEN WANT THE ABORTION BAN. THAT'S a "dictatorship". What does rape have to do with any of this? And who are "yall people"? And who said im not against white supremacy? And I cant oppose both white supremacy and the alabama travel ban? Free country does not mean you get to do whatever you want, thats what a dictatorship is.

This "ban" absolutely does not affect the broad population in any sort of way, yet your first reply in this thread is about this "punishing ordinary citizens". That could be a big clue that you only glossed over the article/payed attention to the headline. Yeah.... Officials are citizens too are they not? They aren't necessarily politicians either

Some people have actual lives to worry about, businesses to run, associates to visit. Government laws are least of their concerns. This is in fact extreme and a selfish move. Its invalid why they did it because in America, you dont get to protest abortion ban by removing the rights of American citizens. This is America, not a dictatorship country. hoeslay 4,244
Only relevant if you're traveling as an agent/employee/representative of an institution I believe. We actually also have a travel ban on Oklahoma as well and my schools theatre department had issues trying to visit for a tech theatre conference. I think you can still travel anywhere as an individual for your own interests though.

LateToCult 41,861
I would hardly call this stripping away anyone’s rights like some of you are saying. For starters, literally what consequential business is there to do in Alabama if you work in Los Angeles for Los Angeles? This is an inconvenience at most to a very very very small group of people.
