This list is still a working progress but here are some of the ones I have. Zendaya walked out in a LED Cinderella Gown that glowed when someone dressed as her fairy godmother waved a wand full of glitter. Her purse was a diamond pumpkin carriage. I think some of the looks were definitely a bit more generally odd in the way that fashion is. A lot of people go on about Celine's outfit but apart from the headpiece, which was a pretty standard headpiece, I don't really think it was camp. Really disappointed that Miley didn't go all-out, this event was made for her, so that was weird. But you certainly listed basically all the properly camp ones. Emiley's I don't think was camp, she just wanted to show off her body as usual. Surprised you didn't put in Donatella, unless you didn't see her!
