Britney’s Mom Jumps Into Conservatorship Battle With Request to Intervene

Things just got interesting in the ongoing drama with Britney Spearsbecause her mother has filed a notice making it clear she doesn’t want to be left out of an upcoming hearing regarding Britney’s conservatorship.

According to court records obtained by The Blast, Lynne Spearsfiled a request Monday morning, requesting special notice and asking to be informed of all matters pertaining to Britney and her conservatorship. Lynne is also using her own attorney to file the paperwork.

The move is interesting, considering Britney’s mom has never played a role in her conservatorship, and has left all the handling up to Britney’s father, Jamie Spears.

Jamie and Lynn have been separated for years, but have always appeared to be on the same page with Britney’s treatment. However, in the midst of Britney being placed into a mental health treatment facility, the public wondered why Lynne has remained so quiet.

As we reported, the judge in Britney’s case set a date for a status check to discuss the recent events, but it’s unclear if Lynne plans on challenging anything that has been decided by Britney’s team of advisors.

Sources close to Britney’s conservatorship tell The Blast Lynne actually spoke with Jamie before filing her documents, as she has mainly received her information about Britney through Jamie for years, and she wants to take a more proactive approach.

We’re told Lynne now wants all the information as it officially comes in from the court, and Britney’s team has apparently always been supportive of Lynne being involved with the ongoing situation.

At this point, Lynne has not made a move to become an actual conservator, but nothing is out of the question as she begins to get more involved.

She’s been getting her information from her ex husband all these years  In light of the noise we’ve made she wants to be briefed by the courts on exactly what’s happened and see the documentation that’s sealed. She’ll probably decide where to go from there.

Now everybody calling us fans conspiracy theorists need to stop. If her mother needs to hire her own attorney to even get a clue of whatever the **** is going own with her daughter, you can be damn sure something isn’t right.

I apologize to Lynne for doubting her intentions in previous posts. I sincerely eat my own words if she will fight this.

I really hope she does something because it's making me doubt about her intentions with Britney's conservatorship.She didn't do anything against the conservatorship in this 11 years but now she liked #FreeBritney posts,

I'm not sure what she wants for Brit, The worst case scenario would be to trick the fans making her look like a savior and silencing the movement while she just continues with the conservatorship as it has been or in another way.   But I really hope she's there to free her from those legal ties

If the parent who’s stayed away from cashing in on Britney and enslaving her for 11 years decides the conservatorshop is justified based off the private information we don’t have access to in the first place, we should trust her judgement.

The thing is that we FANS actually made this happen. We didn’t give up. We have a lot more fighting ahead of us, but this is a step to the right direction. Britney has given us so much, now it is our time to fight for her.

I really hope this judge sees how Jaime has been trying to keep Britney under this c-ship for his own gain & finally listens to Britney instead of letting Jaime block her efforts to get out of this.
