$65M is insane even by CEO standards

I think Canada's biggest bank that has an assets base of nearly $1 Trillion pays it's CEO around $12M or so

Few CEOs make more than $10M only the biggest and most profitable companies usually do

I think this is disgusting. While a CEO should be highly payed for an important and stressful job that requires skill... Making 1000X ur employees as the advocate pointed out is rediculous

No one works hard enough to justify a wage that high tbh

Exactly!! The people at the bottom at parks and such for Disney barely scrap by. No person *deserves* that much money. He's not God himself (and if he was, God doesn't need money anyways).

Basically

And for the record... In not a Corporate or rich ppl hater. The wealthy have an important role in society and Corporations are responsible for important economic investments and technological advancements that make life better

And should highly educated business men, entrepreneurs and ppl who run start or big businesses be allowed to enjoy a lot of money? Absolutely! This is a good incentive for hard work and risk taking and ppl should enjoy the pay off of their work and investments

But I also think there's a certain line that once crossed just becomes excessive and a matter of greed

Capitalism unfortunately does fully reward ppl equally relative to how hard they work and when the wealthy make this much money it empoverishes everyone else

If a CEO makes 10 or even 20 times that of a typical employee I can understand that (maybe even 50 times if it's a really big company and a lot of responsibility)

But when your getting into many millions of dollars a year or like 500X the income of employees (or in Disney's case here over 1400X) you just cannot justify that :madge:
