How are you? (I recall her in an interview in the BTW era saying people don't authentically ask that). 

I'd also try to squeeze in thank you for all that you have done to queer and better the world.  (I'd be most eager to make a "knowing" eye contact.  Like "I see you and I feel you and I thank you" look in our eyes. (God I'm a weirdo!!!!)

 

Though I'd more likely be a blubbering mess.  I've met a few of my inspirations before and asked or said the stupidest ****.    You don't realize it until you're standing in front of someone like Gaga (that was my experiences with Sarah McLachlan and Joan Rivers, for me at least -- and they were separate situations...though I would've loved a McLachlan/Rivers parody video of the ASPCA or something hah!)
