Smother Em Eh 7,132
ARTPOP is truly what “GAGA” is all about. From wild and crazy lyrics to catchy pop melodies & attention grabbing light and dark vocals, to captivating imagery/ visuals it symbolizes what Gaga is. It also talks about the things she’s been singing about since the beginning on TF (Sex, Love, Fame etc). It’s Era also gave us amazing performances of that of a true creative and genius Artist and simple to elegant to over the top wild and crazy Fashion! The ARTPOP Album and it’s Era are what Gaga is all about! Therefore the ARTPOP Album is the basis of her Artistry & Discography. Who agrees with me? Get Applause & G.U.Y to 1B views! 2020Covid19IsOurs 6,901
No ARTPOP is the most confusing thing ever. ARTPOP could mean anything was basically to cover up that it had no theme or meaning behind it. Maybe Gaga bought into her own hype too much, got distracted and made music which she thought she wanted to create and her fans wanted to listen to. Both assumptions were wrong. In fact every other album except this one represents the true GaGa ARTPOP was a phase Gaga x JeffHardy x BillMaher

Glamourpuss 29,062
I completely disagree. It was just a creative, experimental phase. The iconic things like "paws up", Born this way message, little monster and mother monster nicknames came from before ARTPOP and they are all the epitome of Gaga. LaLa 19,661
I love many things about ARTPOP, and both the album and the era hold a special place in my heart, but truly she's a messy lil bish.
V e n u s 299
There is no era that is greater or lesser. She is in a contant state of expressing her creativity. In every era she is exhausting her inspirations. Creativity spawns from inspiration and Gaga has countless inspirations. This is why every era has a different feel, persona, aesthetic, etc. Regardless, all those are HER. Nothing is less Gaga than the other. Every era is a transformative manifestation of whatever Gaga is inspired with.
