Regardless if u get fired for bad behaviour it's still harder to get re-employed. You won't have a good reference and sometimes employers have their ways of finding out you were fired and why

In fact as a white male I can say I have to be way more careful than my minority friends about what I say and how I say it because if I say something that can be interpreted in a racist or sexist way I'll get crap way more easily than if my minority friends say the same thing. I notice that all the time

 

I don't think ppl realize that in some unusual ways in modern culture thats more aware of racism being white actually forces u to be more careful about what u say and how u say it cuz ull be ripped to shreds so much faster if something comes out not the best way

 

I'm going a bit off topic here tho. Back to white privilege, it's a thing but again it won't get u off the hook for everything. Being fired is still being fired

This is pathetic. I'm sorry but if I'm with anybody (boyfriend, friend, family member) and something racist like that is said expect your ass to be told off. Not going to take the bait of being hit with an assault charge since they play victim to push their narrative when the cops or management arrive. This woman is a disgrace. She was clearly expecting a response and she's lucky only her phone got knocked out of her hand.
