Toph 375 Posted February 26, 2019 Share Posted February 26, 2019 Y'all underestimate how difficult it is to belt a b4! That's what that note is at the end of her wail. Correct me if I'm wrong. She sang it beautifully--if you'll notice, she sounded nasal in the beginning and had a much brighter tone. She nailed the high notes when using this technique. A nice use of her head voice. She had trouble with pitch when she began to use her full voice and used no head voice. She definitely was nervous, and over sang the wail, and her breath was off (I'm a singer, I could tell based on her breathing and the belt itself). You should be PROUD of what she accomplished on Sunday vocally, most of the other pop girls would DIE to be able to belt like Gaga even remotely.
