It's going to be hard cuz in the social media age,  forgiving and forgetting past grievances or even Petty Twitter comments are basically impossible.  

Offending and having forgiveness from the black, political, and LGBT communities will be impossible...he will never have a career again after this and will be fortunate if he can get a job shooting a cereal commercial
