An award is televised depending on its popularity (not including the Big Four). Which means that next year the Pop Duo/Group might not be televised if its nominees don't gather enough popularity. That said, it's not one of the Big Four, so compared with those it's one level under. It's at the same level of other awards in Pop field, not more important but not less either.
