Most likely, yes. Her VEVO/main channel uploads need to be licensed and approved first by UMG. I remember us waiting for Venus' snippet back in 2013 and she delayed it like 8 hours because they were having a hard time having it licensed quickly by UMG. Good times. For example this one is licensed by UMG. Exactly. The same reason most labels don't take down these cute fan-made lyric videos. People search for this, and they tend to do very well. They get money + streams while not having to invest in creating an official lyric video, although they tend to do better on the artist's main channel. Yeah, they made that switch years ago in 2013. It rudely allowed Harlem Shake to go #1 out of nowhere interrupting Thrift Shop’s run on the charts. They just have to claim the live performance.
